We understand that plans change! For ticket orders under €100, clients can cancel their own booking up to 2 days before the event date. If you choose to cancel, we'll refund your payment in the form of a voucher, valid for 1 year from the cancellation date. Refund vouchers are single use, so spend the full value in one purchase.

No. We sell a variety of snacks including fresh, hot popcorn. Arrive early to buy drinks and meals from our venue partners.

Yes we do! But it's still best to wrap up warm since it can get cold on evenings.

Screenings at World of Wine always go ahead, rain or shine. If the weather turns, we move the session into WOW's beautiful indoor space, a non-traditional and slightly magical cinema experience that most guests who try it absolutely love. A move indoors is a relocation, not a cancellation, and it is not refundable. If that is not a risk you want to take, you can swap your booking for a voucher via Manage Booking up to 48 hours before the event. Refund vouchers are single use, so spend the full value in one purchase. At our other venues, if the weather forces us to cancel, we will notify you at least 4 hours before the event and provide a full refund.

All movies are shown in the original language with subtitles in Portuguese. When the original language is not English there will also be English subtitles.

No, just choose where you want to sit. We ask you don't leave single seats empty as events are usually completely sold out.

Yes, always accompanied by responsible adults. We also ask parents to check the movie rating and subject to decide if the film is suitable for their child.

Receipts are sent out automatically through our platform and should reach you in 2 days maximum.

Our screenings tend to sell out quickly, so it's always a good idea to book early when you can. While this particular session is now fully booked, we have many more coming up throughout the season — you can explore the full programme on our website. We also have a waiting list available for each screening. If any tickets are released (it happens sometimes when people cancel), those on the list will be the first to know. You can join the list directly through the event page.
